Length of Stay
- We require a minimum stay of one week (Saturday to Saturday).
- Check-in is at 3pm on Saturday; Check-out is by 9am on Saturday.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
- Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
- We do not provide daily maid service or linens. Please bring all bedding: blanket, bedspread, sheets and pillowcases, as well as towels and kitchen linens.
- There are no onsite laundry facilities; a laundromat is located one mile away.
- Every kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware, and utensils – as well as a toaster, microwave oven, and coffee maker.
- Each cottage has a 32” flatscreen HDTV and Xfinity cable service.
- Free WiFi is available.
- Sorry, we do not allow pets of any size.
- The gas grill barbecue area is shared by all our guests, and centrally located by the swimming pool.
- On-site parking is limited to one vehicle per cottage, but additional parking is available a short distance away.
